| Findings: During the inspection, the specialist observed Lysol spray on the sink in the infant room and a glue mouse trap underneath the sink in the toddler room within reach of children. There was a child safety lock visible on the sink however, it was not secured due to the adhesive wearing off. The staff member in the infant room relocated the Lysol spray and the director removed the glue mouse trap from underneath the sink in the toddler room making the items inaccessible to the children in care. The child safety lock was no longer needed on the sink once the glue mouse trap was removed from underneath of the sink.
