| Findings: The Provider previously verbally informed the Licensing Specialist of the potential of her brother-in-law moving in with them. At that time, the LS sent the Provider the necessary paperwork that would be needed when the new resident moved into the home. The Provider had him complete the required paperwork which is dated 08/08/2024, but the paperwork was not submitted to OCC until today's inspection. All of his paperwork should have been submitted to OCC no later than 5 business days after the new resident moved into the home. Despite the Provider giving the Licensing Specialist the ROI, medical and showing the receipt for his fingerprints, OCC did not receive his fingerprints. | Findings: While the Licensing Specialist was inspecting inside the drawers in the kitchen for potential hazards, the Provider went to their main utensil drawer. The Provider then removed several large butcher knives and placed them in a cabinet out of the reach of the children.
