Once we realized this, all participating staff were reminded of the importance of documenting drills right away. We were able to review our communication log for our November drill. Once it was pointed out that the bottom of the form was not completed, we dated the form with the dates we had. Unfortunately, the building administrator is no longer employed, and we cannot ascertain the company records for July and August. While the tests were completed each month, we could no longer obtain the exact dates. |
