LS took pictures of the condition during the Full Inspection. Provider stated that she was sitting beside the children sleeping in the porta cribs. LS observed housing materials and supplies underneath the new enclosed deck and the shed door left open with the lock attached. LS observed evidence grill area without a barrier to keep children from the area. LS observed evidence of a portable heater on the wall with the electrical plugs and a surge protector outlet suspended in the air connecting the television and the portable heater on the wall. LS observed evidence of the television's antenna hanging down from the heater vent in the ceiling. LS observed a grill area without a barrier, two ladders laying on the new enclosed deck and the shed door was left open with the lock attached.
