The provider said this was a parent who came with a child for a daycare tour. The provider said she did not know this woman was upstairs. The provider said her son, who is not the resident of the home, let her inside. The woman left the house but stayed outside. LS asked the woman if she was the child's mother and she confirmed that. The woman left the property during this inspection. Later the provider admitted the child upstairs was one of her enrolled children. The parent came back with this child and dropped off the child leaving the provider with 9 children from 12:50PM and 1:10PM . Another child was picked up leaving the provider with 8 children. They stayed under the deck area. LS observed the provider multiple times leaving the outdoor area and walking into the basement and then coming back outside.
