| Findings: While inspecting the child care equipment, it was found that two rungs on the rock climbing portion of the playset are loose and unstable. It was also found that the ladder on the backside of the same playset is unstable at the bottom where it sits on the ground as well as loose at the top right of the ladder. Please repair the two slats in the rock climbing area of the play equipment and secure the ladder so that all portions of the playset are stable and secure.
