The provider is advised to review children's files and ensure that all children's emergency forms are completed and contain the required information. The provider is reminded to maintain emergency information for all children in care. Findings: At the time of the inspection, the specialist observed a 9 month old infant resting inside of a crib, lying on a "boppy pillow". There was also a blanket inside of the crib with the infant. The provider removed the blanket and pillow from the crib immediately. Soft bedding items could increase the risk of suffocation or strangulation. In the future, please ensure all soft bedding items are removed from cribs and pack n plays before placing an infant inside.
