For over 20 years, The Young School has prepared young people for their future through an innovative preschool education program. The Young School pioneered the “Cottage” learning environment for infants (8 wks – 2 yrs) through Pre-K (2-5 yrs). Children become part of a nurturing community where they are active participants and learners. The Young School’s unique physical environment is the key component that provides opportunities for independent exploration and learning. Inspired by several internationally acclaimed early education approaches, The Young School has provided an invaluable start for thousands of children.
