1. The exposed wire was attached tightly to the wall on 9/20/23 and is no longer hanging. It is out of reach of children. 2. New cushions were ordered from Becker's on the day of the visit (9/19/23). 3. New mattresses were ordered for the changing stations prior to our visit and we received one of them. We have replaced the mattress on the changing table and are waiting for the other one to arrive.
