Three children did not have part I of the health inventory completed and one child did not have part II of the health inventory completed. Not all children had a lead blood test in their file. There were 5 children who did not have documentation in their file that the consumer pamphlet was given to the family. The missing items were discussed with the director who is also the pre-k teacher. School is ending in a month and all of the children will be moving up to kindergarten so a new group of children will be enrolling.
