| Findings: A staff person was observed to have lifted a 2 year old child by one arm and sit him down on the pea gravel. Staff person was attempting to get the group organized to come in from a walk. The child had stepped into the parking lot and the staff person brought him back to the pea gravel. The child did not seem to be distressed. Center director went out and spoke to the staff person as soon as specialist brought it to her attention.
