Electrical outlets and power strips, not in use, which were located in space used by children did not have safety outlets or were not covered with safety plugs unless located behind furniture or equipment that cannot be moved by a child. In space #115A there was an electrical outlet uncovered in the space with the light table. The teacher immediately covered the outlet with a safety plug.

One (1) Disinfectant wipes labeled, 'keep out of reach of children” with additional warnings was in an unlocked cabinet, in space # 121A.
