The Empower self-evaluation was completed at the time of the inspection. The Emergency Disaster Plan update form was completed at the time of the inspection. The following was discussed but not limited to: 1. Children's Records must be complete with all required information. 2. Medications and labels on over-the-counter medications. 3.
