| Findings: Upon arrival the provider was outdoors with 5 children. It was quickly learned that there was a 13 month old child inside alone, sleeping in the basement. The child was in a pack n play and the child was asleep inside. The child was visible through the closed sliding glass door. In order to access the child the provider would need to go down a flight of 8 cement steps and open the door. This non-compliance was corrected when the provider and other children went inside, and the baby woke up. Provider indicated understanding of the need to provide more close supervision.
