Findings: Provider stated the first household member received a negative result on 12/23/2020 which made her feel that things were ok.When she started with symptoms she felt it was allergies due to his negative result. The household contact went to be tested again on 12/25/2020 and was found positive on 12/29/2020.Provider closed the child care when she received the positive result on 12/29/2020.Before that date she didn't know of a positive result.However, the minute that the household contact went back for a second test and the provider started experiencing symptoms she should have closed and gotten tested to be in compliance with the COVID guidance regarding symptom exposure. Provider is reminded to pay attention to symptoms and exposure to symptoms and quarantine until tests have been done and to be sure to follow the COVID guidance.
