Name of Compliance Officer: Jennifer Flicker The Written Documentation is required to be submitted through the Licensing Portal within 10 days of the receipt of the Statement of Deficiencies. The following was discussed but not limited to: 1) The license anniversary fee due by November 30, 2024, 2) The change of space utilization application that is required due to the room changes made, 3) Updating room capacities related to the modification, 4) Tummy time rules was discussed with infant room staff, 5) Items stored in a bathroom are required to be stored inaccessible to children and in either a closed cabinet or on a shelf in a covered waterproof container, and 6) Submitting the current fire inspection when obtained.
