About the Provider
Quala Care embraces the belief that parents are the first and most important teachers of their children! We recognize and foster an active partnership between home and school. Parents are encouraged to participate in a variety of center activities, including birthday and holiday celebrations, field trips, and other social events. Parents are welcome visitors in the classroom at all times. We are a learning community where personal and professional growth is encouraged, and where everyone's perspective - children, parents, and teachers - is valued.

The Substitute in the room was positioned in a way that would allow them to see both of the two children present in the room, but she did not see the moment the child actually fell. This Substitute confirmed that she was engaged in play with a child in Room 8: Koala I when the incident occurred. She immediately comforted the child while they were crying and the child threw up.
