Findings: Child sent home in wet diaper. Toilet-training child was sent home several times in a wet diaper and urine soaked clothing from an accident earlier in the day. Resolution: Child Care providers adjusted their staffing and created procedures for giving toileting reminders. Providers met with a Health Inspector and discussed the need to be diligent in providing toileting reminders, and having a schedule for checking diapers. Providers agreed to train all staff on the new policies and procedures.
