Conditions at the facility may not pose a threat to the health or safety of the children.

Noncompliance Area: At the time of inspection, the facility's Emergency Plan did not provide methods for parents to be contacted as soon as reasonably possible when an emergency situation arises.

Correction Required: The facility shall have an emergency plan that provides for a method for facility persons to contact parents as soon as reasonably possible when an emergency situation arises.

Noncompliance Area: At the time of inspection, there were 2 uncovered outlets in the bathroom used by children and 1 uncovered outlet next to the refrigerator in the kitchen accessed by children.

Correction Required: Protective receptacle covers shall be placed in electrical outlets accessible to children 5 years of age or younger.
