I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

I did a tour at this facility with the Site Supervisor and although she tried to come off as nice, I just didn't get that vibe from her. As we walked through the rooms I noticed that they didn't seem to have many supplies, in fact one room didn't even have many toys in it. When I glanced into the kitchen I noticed a cockroach running across the counter. The room used for the one year olds looked like it needed a good cleaning and they had a changing pad on top of a shelf that looked like it would fall down any minute. This place definitely needs upgrades and a good cleaning.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Horrible daycare, the director has no communication skills, is completely rude, the daycare serves the very minimum in food to the children some times serving expired food sick as cookies.
