Lynn stated her daughter moved into the home two weeks ago. Lynn stated on November 7, 2019, she went across the yard to her home leaving her daughter to supervise the children in care. Children must be supervised at all times by a qualified provider. Send a fingerprinting receipt to OCCL by November 22, 2019. Send an adult health appraisal with TB test results on OCCL’s form to OCCL by November 28, 2019.
