I was employed at excel for 1year and my kids attending as well ! Loving the staff and kids ! Staff is amazing ,directors have no idea how to run a business. ! I recently have been terminated as of may 1 2021 without any notice until I asked that following Tuesday was I terminated, my 1 year son has also been forced to leave the daycare because I have found a better opportunity that’s willing to pay more so I can provide for my kids and keep them happy as well. Cooperate stated this was not a rule or it wasn’t written down anywhere that this was something they leave up to the directors to decide whenever they like to .Every employee that I know that work there as of now ! Is dying to get more benefits more pay and more help to fulfill their jobs! Instead they are just kicking children out to keep employees under their colt. I wouldn’t recommend anybody working here if you have children
I absolutely love it here. I literally started from the bottom and worked my way up within this company. The staff is super friendly and they use teamwork. I look forward to building with this company.
My child attends this facility and absolutely loves it . My little one is in the preschool after school program and cries when I pick her up because she never wants to leave. Yes they have been through more teachers than we would like but each one has been nothing but accommodating and nice . I’m sorry that the previous family didn’t share the same great experiences my child does . Ive personally seen the lead teacher go out of her way for the students in the class . The lead teacher always has wonderful activities planned and the Assistant teacher teaches them French during circle time , my child actually learns . Excel Learning Center thank you for loving and nurturing each and every child keep doing what you’re doing !!!!
This center is horrible. My special needs son goes to the pre k after school program there after they insisted on him being removed from nc pre-k class because they couldn't handle him. He now only attends the after school program. He has to wear diapers and everyday I come to pick him up, I have to ask the teacher to change him and she rolls her eyes every time. The class size is ridiculous. There is no structure whatsoever. The teacher is always on her cell phone and at times has it on speaker for the class to hear her entire volgure conversation. His teacher is very rude to the parents. The lead teacher wears shirts three sizes too small with her huge stomach hanging out everyday. When I come to pick him up he's sitting in the reading center chewing on a toy of some sort. The only reason he is still there is because Little Town has no openings yet, he's on the waiting list though.
