Corrective Action: Mrs. Clarke stated there were times during the summer she used a hose outdoors to clean a child after an accident. A diaper-changing area must be used when changing diapers, and a wipe or washcloth must be used to wash children during a diaper change. If a child needs to be bathed, it must be done privately and individually.

Mrs. Clarke stated the bathroom door was open, but she was speaking to a parent dropping off another child. Additionally, long messages were sent by Mrs. Clarke via a mobile app during child care hours that did not include nap time.
