| Findings: Center uses a catering service for lunch. The caterer delivered food in an insulated bag around 10:30am. Today's food delivery contained sliced hot turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans and pumpkin muffins. At approximately 12pm, LS took the temperature of the sliced hot turkey and it was not reading less than 140 degrees F. LS recommended taking the food temperature when the food is delivered to the center and putting the food in the oven on warm until it is time to serve it to keep the temperature at 140 degrees F or higher.
