I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services
During a recent tour, several children were playing in a large puddle from the recent irrigation. Noted staff observing but not stopping them from being in the water. Chairs and toys in the classrooms appeared dirty. Staff that gave the tour was helpful in explaining the routines and answered questions easily.
