I’m honestly really disappointed with how this situation was handled. We had already made arrangements to move our child to this daycare starting Monday, and then on the Friday before the transition, after asking a simple question about classroom cameras, we received a response that completely changed everything at the last minute.
Instead of providing clarity or reassurance, the communication felt abrupt, dismissive, and unprofessional—especially given how close we were to the start date. As parents, we’re simply trying to make the best and safest decision for our child, and transparency should be a basic expectation, not something that leads to consequences.
Pulling things back the Friday before a scheduled Monday start put us in a very difficult position with almost no time to adjust childcare plans. That level of last-minute decision-making shows a lack of consideration for families and the real-life impact this has.
Based on this experience, I would not feel confident recommending this daycare to other parents. Families deserve clear communication, consistency, and professionalism—especially when it comes to something as important as their child’s care
