TEMPLE HILLS MD JUST KICKED MY BABY OUT OF DAYCARE WRONGFULLY on 7/24/23 !!!! Do not send y’all child there!!!!! My CHILD had HAND FOOT AND MOUTH DISEASE. That’s normal for a child to receive at daycare. I was fine with it. I called them on 7/17 to let them know. They sent out an email later that day. The email had an error stating children can still come into the facility with this disease. I called them on MONDAY letting them know of this error they made when they sent this out on MONDAY!!! The front desk associate, Sharika told me that’s not right and to not bring my child (which I wasn’t going to do anyway) By FRIDAY no new email was sent out. I called and they said they would call me back. No call back of course. On Monday 7/24 I bring in my child and they instantly tell me he can’t come until he has a doctors note. I had already sent in the doctors note HOURS PRIOR. They didn’t even bother ASKING ME FIRST. Next, the assistant director “Billy” came out of the room and told me. “We’ve received accusations that someone called licensing and state board and told them we are allowing children with HFMD to come into the facility and we know it was you.” THATS EXACTLY WHAT SHE SAID! She accused me and DID NOT ASK ME! They really decided to lie on me and said I called state board and said they were allowing kids with HFMD to come into their center! How I know they lying is because they said the “state board representative gave them the name of my child that had HFMD”. LIARSSSSS. THEY WOULD’VE NEVERRRR gave y’all a child’s name like that!!! If y’all didn’t want my baby in there BE TRUTHFUL !! Also y’all, LOOK AT THE PEOPLE PICTURES ON THESE REVIEWS! (On google) They are FAKE REVIEWS!! Respectfully, after my child has been there for these few months, I have seen nothing but African American children. How are all of these reviews pictures of Caucasian & Indian people!??? SCAMMMMMM FAKEEEEE! They also took $460 out of my bank account UNAUTHORIZED and took 2 weeks to give me my money back! The owner Valencia stated she was always OH SO BUSY but every-time I went there she was doing nothing but sitting down talking! Never see her in the office. I was nice about it for the whole first week but got upset when they wouldn’t return it and I had bills to pay! They would lie and tell me they would call me but never would!!! I have no idea what Mrs.Ford is even there for. As a parent liaison anything I needed she could never do. She always needed the director to do it so no point in talking with her! It’s okay the director made an error!!! YOU ARE HUMAN! I was just trying to help y’all out by letting you know the error was made and to please correct it so other parents wouldn’t bring in their sick children! Why would I call to get y’all shut down and then turn around and bring my child back to y’all!? That makes no sense!!! So y’all had to come up with a LIE to get my child out!! The teachers here are nice but it’s not even worth it with the hassle you go thru with the directors !! That whole front office needs TRAINING BAD!!!!! Terrible customer service!!! Beautiful center but absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I had a job interview today at 10:30am. It's spring break which they should know. So I had to bring my daughter, so she wouldn't be at home by herself. I get there and the lady that opened the door gave me the nastiest look ever. I guess because I'm white. And tells me she can't do the interview. I asked why she said it was because I brought my daughter. I said well it's spring break what am I supposed to do leave her by herself. Then I asked her if she could sit at the seats and just wait so we can do they interview. She said no. Like why?

Do Not Send-Enroll your child in this CIRCUS! My child has been going to this center for the past 3yrs! Each year my child has been enrolled in this center we have been challenged with problem after problem, until i felt ENOUGH was ENOUGH!! My child came home & told me that he was smacked in the face by his teacher Ms.Krissy! (Can you imagine the hurt & frustration hearing that from your 3yr old as a parent). I went to the school to speak with the owner Ms.Valencia on a Friday along with her daughter Billie. They seemed to be concerned and told me that they would review the cameras & get back with me on Monday. The owner also stated “Im surprised that he didn’t tell you that the teachers tell the kids to SHUT THE F*** UP). YES,came out of MS.Valencia mouth!! As a parent looking for answers, the teacher , clarification, and a solution,that didn’t sit with me well,but i said ok! Hoping that they would do the right thing! WRONG!!! When i came to the center Monday morning,looking to find out what happened to my child and to sit & speak with the teacher (because at this point i still have not spoke or seen the teacher,as she was STILL working around kids) Ms.Valencia THE OWNER had the nerve to send a staff member-Shericka (the front desk/buzz in) personnel to tell me that she did not look at the tapes over the weekend (like she STATED SHE WOULD) because she was busy, and now i would have to wait until Wednesday to come back for a sit down!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! As a business,as a company, as a OWNER, as a director, as a PARENT & most of ALL AS A CHURCH GOING WOMAN, you should be ASHAMED!! She didn’t even have the decency at the very LEAST to come out and tell me that herself!!! I called the police & CPS because the report was NEVER made and unneeded answers IMMEDIATELY! As a daycare owner she is automatically a MANDATE REPORTER and did not report this allegation in a TIMELY MANNER! It should have been reported immediately on that FRIDAY! She also had the audacity to have her staff to “try” to force me out of the center when i asked for her to come out of her office to speak with me. As a parent who is JUST trying to get clarification & answers!!!!!!! She have always done this when faced with situations/problems that she fell she doesn’t want to/can’t handle! She (Valencia) & her whole entire staff need to go and enroll in some business/customer service etiquette classes ,because the CLASS is missing! This CHILDcare staff do not know how to properly handle situations when they are faced with them,but yet are the responsible parties watching people KIDS! The husband MR.Rob had a nerve to tell me and my child’s dad that my 3yd old son was a LIAR. A grown man, calling a 3 yr old a LIAR. Disgusting!! They always hide in the back offices “claiming they are so busy,so busy running the place” that they don’t have 1 minute to speak with the parents! They aren’t busy enough if you ask ME, because the place is all over the PLACE! The owner was too busy to speak with a parent regarding a teacher slapping a student! TOO BUSY! TOO BUSY! ..Because to me what’s more important than getting down to the bottom a CHILD ABUSE-CPS case going on in YOUR business!! Absolutely Disgusting ???? They allow the staff/teachers to curse at the kids DAILY! So if your kids attend this center,i suggest you start questioning them EVERY DAY about what went on in this HELL HOLE!

Unfortunately this daycare appears to take still pictures of great props and has a super unprofessional staff who goes above and beyond to write fake reviews to shine light on a very dim, low moral, high turnover, lack of ample workers to students ratio, ratchet group of daycare staff. I have personally witnessed countless reviews being generated in the front office by, Shareka, Billie, Renee, Tonya and countless other front office staff including the director to make it appear as if this is one of the top childcare providers in the DMV. Sad to say, kids are not properly matched to ratio and often have numerous teachers going and coming because of high turnover. In turn children are not able to develop good and trusted relationships with teachers. CHILDREN
OFTEN go under fed because management loves to eat after food is prepared, before all students have been served. There are numerous employees who are not certified and have no credentials to teach however the bare minimum pay explains why this is becoming a norm. I have witnessed countless violations within this establishment that are quite alarming and may raise many eyebrows. Be mindful that a tour doesn't justify the unprofessional environment that you will become familiar with once your child gets enrolled. Many parents believe that their lil ones are in a safe and healthy environment when in all actuality they are being dropped off to spend a day in a germ infested facility where the only thing that is of importance is collecting money from parents for tuition on a curriculum that they WILL NOT ENGAGE IN due to lack of staff. Choose very wisely who and where you take your children for daycare, before and after as well as summer camp and BE SURE TO KNOW KRAYOLA KIDS ISN'T FIT FOR THE JOB. READ MORE THAN ONCE, NO PLACE FOR BRIGHT AND SPECIAL KIDS WHO DESERVE MORE THAN WHAT THIS JANKY PROMOTIONAL ESTABLISHMENT CAN OFFER....2 THUMBS DOWN, VERY LOW BUDGET RACHET, HOOD ENVIRONMENT ESTABLISHMENT WHICH MORE LESS REMINDS ME OF A REHAB FACILITY WITH THE COUNTLESS JUNKIES WATCHING THOSE DARLING BABIES. ENROLL AT YOUR OWN RISK, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, AND WILL BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN WHAT THIS CRAP PLACE HAS TO OFFER. WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS SOONER THAN LATER.

This place is amazing i go here every holiday they will have party's every holiday i will recommend this place for your child

My daughter has been with at Kreayola Kids since she was one years old and now she's 3. Every morning my daughter smiles when we walk in the door and she see the staffs, and when I pick her up she be so excited to tell me how was her day at Kreayola Kids. The things they do is above and beyond, I never seen or heard a daycare center doing what Kreayola do. Im very please with the Director and staff, I refer 3 of my friends and they love it. Thank you Kreayola Kids for taking good care of my daughter and making her happy everyday and she learned alot, My daughter will be so smart going to kindergarden.

This is the best, child care center I have observed. The children are spoiled by the staff and more so by the owner. The center is well decorated with educational devices and furniture, simply amazing. The fragrance smell of wonderful fresh deodorants each time I enter..Oh did I mentioned the program events such as holiday parties, recital, out of state trips, bowling, skating, skiing, all during travel in luxury line coach busses. Simply Devine. I want be a kid again and go to this daycare oh and did I mention that all of.their children received top of the line gifts from the owners like Big wheels (boys) and kitchens (girls) for Christmas gifts..yea, that was for last year..oh yea parents were shock too. Always about the education for the kids, even the 2yr old have homework...WHAT.. I am now speechless... love Kreayola!

If I can give them a 10 star I would! I am the first group of kids that this business had years ago. The owners are very kind & loved us as if we were their own. We all grew up as a family. To see the business grow made me proud. My child attends their summer camp. And he loves it! Nothing but greatness. I am thankful my mom introduced them into my life and now my child is apart of their journey. I recommend their services.

Our family loves the teachers at Kreayola Kids. They are kind, thoughtful, energetic and truly loving towards our children's. We have complete peace of mind every day they are there. Kreayola Kids exceeds all our hopes for what a daycare could be.

The owners are very unprofessional, ghetto, liars. They don’t care about the kids at all my kid went here and had so many incidents that happen and nobody could explain anything. I knew something was going on because my child cried and said he was scared every time he got dropped off. If you want your kids neglected and abuse enroll them in this center and you will see.

If I could give this center 0 stars I would. The center is beautiful but the care providers are terrible and just simply Ghetto with the worst one being the Director Valencia Markle. The staff treat your kid worse then animals and gossip about parents, kids, and each other in front of parents. This center is a joke and while attending here my child has multiple scratches, bruises, and the straw that broke the camels back, a bloody nose. The center was unprofessional with the approach they took after all the incidents and attempt to lie saying that my child did all these things to himself. Only send your child here if you don’t care about quality and professionalism. Please if you love your child and want them to be in good hands do not send them here!
