I’d like to praise the great care children receive at Franciscan Villa’s Day Center. As a recently new grandmother, I appreciate my daughter being able to place her baby where I know she’s safe and will be taken care of by professionals who care about her like their own. That’s important not only to my daughter, but to me, too! Extending my heartfelt gratitude.

I am appalled by a couple previous reviewers/disgruntled employees who feel the need to mention specific names and lay blame, plus use foul language. Both demonstrate the very lack of professionalism they "claim" the leaders don't display. (Seriously?) These are 100% FALSE reviews to publicly seek revenge for being called out for their own poor performance. I've worked for this org for several months (leaving another job because this one really does PUT KIDS & PARENTS FIRST). I have NEVER seen such a CARING day care for children. Alot of that has to do with the FANTASTIC LEADERS, plus me and my coworkers make sure the center is extremely SAFE, ENGAGING by offering lots of different planned activities, and follow all procedures like we should. Honestly, the LEADERS MENTIONED ABOVE ARE AMONG THE BEST I've ever worked for... and WITH. I am VERY proud to work at this center and know "from the inside" that this day care is tops. I hope the person or two who want to pick a fight will discuss their concerns 1:1 with leaders instead of throwing mud anonymously online, which is so misleading to parents AND damages the reputation of ALL of us who absolutely love the kids, plus can't wait to get to work each day to work with them.
Terrible management. Ever since JUDY came in at first she was nice now she’s a rude person. Not only do parents complain but she also leaves staff over in ratio. Doesn’t follow the procedure and state book. She abuses and neglects the kids and nothing happens. She got her best friend Letty in the office and their desks were facing each other and all they did was talk about other staff and talk and talk all day instead of helping when short staffed. Or how she leaves the children in front of the computers from 3 o’clock in the afternoon till 5:45-6. Just know if you want your child and or you want to work there just know your going to get treated like trash. And Mike will listen to Judy no matter what. Even if you have all the proof in the damn book. Management is messy and they don’t care about the well being of the children. A child was left alone and they didn’t report it to state at all. A child was being neglected and abused and they did nothing they keep the shitty staff. But it’s fine. They lost all their good staff the ones that actually worked hard and did the best they can and even put their own money into the facility.
It would be nice if you treated your employees fairly, with respect and not like crap. I guess you don't want dedicated hard working staff working for you. Good luck finding good help. This is not a good reflection on your daycare.
