The provider states a tree fell in her yard on this past Halloween and her neighbor is still waiting to have the area assessed. There was no gate in place at the top of stairs that lead to the basement door. There was a storage unit in the yard that contained hazardous sprays/items and there was no lock in place to restrict children from being able to get in it. This specialist also observed a gap between the step and the porch where a child could potentially fall/climb through resulting in a very steep fall.
