I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My child has been with kidcity for some time now. I can say I am relieved to hear the director is leaving. She has a terrible sense of judgment and I've noticed she's a bit of a hoarder. However, now that there's a new young lady taking charge, word is she's changing things for the better and I've noticed a tremendous improvement in just over a month. She also has partnered with the Four's teacher and they've created a prekindergarten program. I'm happy to see the passion in the upcoming director and I'm looking forward to seeing what else changes! I recommend this Learning Center and I encourage the existing parents to remember to recognize the teacher's so they'll always feel appreciated.

I personally worked at the buckeye location and I have to say, some of the stuff I saw behind closed doors, will give you nightmares! I attempted writing reports on teachers and handing them to the owner, Gary, and he did absolutly nothing about it. Dianna, his wife, was very rude and disrespectful and in my opinion, racist. The staff they hired dod nothing but grab kids, slap kids, call them ugly, and threaten them that bugs would get them if they didnt take a nap! I even saw a younger teacher slam a kids head down on the mat for crying! I actually quit a few years ago and HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you do not put your child in harms way. The company, its teachers and its owners are corrupt and will never change!

this lady that posted something before me clearly does not know how to spell things correctly. kid city isone of the best daycares in arizona. the staff is great! they take really good care of my kids. I think that the younger staff are really mature for thier age. I get along really well with the teachers. I have never had to complain about them. they are great! I would really recomend this daycare to anyone looking for good service.

My kids have been going to kid city for a few years and I love everyone that works there. Most of the staff is very helpful and my children love their teachers and management. We are always greeted with a smile and feel like the concerns we have are addressed. My kids attended with the old owners and the new owners and their is such a great change the center is going through. It is way cleaner! We are very happy with the service they provide. I would definitely recommend kid city to everyone.

Kid city has been around For a few years now. My daughter attended until she graduated and went to kindergarten. I can say that ewhen kid city first opened it was a excellent daycare.. the staff seemed really profeasional and caring of the kids. I couldn't complain. And if concerned about anything The owner took care of it right away. As the years went by the majority of the teachers quit and went on to other places. The company changed ownership and the quality of.the childcare went to hell. Although therevare a.couple of teachers still there from when the center opened the older teachers are the beat thing the daycare has to offer. The rest of the staff is unproffesional and ghetto. They need a director like the previous owners that feels that the parents being satisfied that the quality of child care that they are paying for is high quality. U got workers sitting in the front talking amongst each other in front of parents about management and how they hate their jobs. The teachers with exception to the infant room and the two older ladies in the 2 year old class have no communication skills wen it comes.to talking with the parents. The younger teachers are young, immature and unprofessional. I have watched them talk about parents anen they walk away. I have seen parents go in while I'm in my car.and wen the parents turn there backs they.look at them up and down and turn to each other and laugh. They don't change the kids diapers before the kids leave to go home. If u.bring extra diapers or pullups and wipes for.your kid. I don't know what happens.to.them if they magically disappear or.if.they use them on other kids. Bit the more you bring the.faster they disappear. They rarely leave notifications when the kid is.runnin low on supplies and when you ask how come the supplies are going fast they tell you that they change the kid a certain amount of.times a day. When the kids have runny noses before they leave they do not clean them. I have watched a teacher snatch a kid up from the back.of there shirt and squeeze there arm tight. There are other ways in discipling kids that aren't yours without using force. I recently took my kid out and I don't recommend this.daycare. also.they ar passing fliers out dor to door showing hours that they are not open uring. This daycare needs someone to.come.in and put their foot down on Tue teachers and get teachers that like there jobs and love the kids. Get new flyers that show accurate information. Also get.new desk.people when parents come in and ask questions you need someone knowledgeable about how things run there instead of someone that thinks everything is funny and doesn't bother to help...... Kid city needs a total.make over...
