The classroom teacher's spoke with the parent to inform them that the child physical needed to be updated. At the time of this conversation the parent informed staff that the doctor's office couldn't schedule them in until 11/6/25, and would bring in an updated copy of the health report. The director thought that this was acceptable since the parent provided documentation from the doctor's office stating that the office could not fit the family in for an on time appointment.
