Director should go to the sites to see the employees, How they work on site.Who is on cell phones not watching children. Making sure children get there homework time, before they go home to parents. Getting some kind of craft and game to have fun. Checking Adults picking up children and checking to see if they are on a proper check out with ID. The program is designed to have happy children,so they go home saying what a wonderful time they had, and will return the following year. Or there siblings. Working with children Is a Gift.
