At The Primeron, an early education and childcare center, we approach each child as an individual with his/her own talents and one-of-a-kind needs. Our five Principles inspire and motivate children to enjoy learning by instilling self-confidence and a sense of accomplishment. These Principles help them develop their physical, intellectual, and social skills so they are prepared for elementary school and beyond.

Findings: A staff interviewed who was not cleared by OCC until June 10, 2026 told the LS that she has been working at the Facility for a month. LS observed a staff not cleared by the OCC leave outside of a side door of the building near the playgrounds. A person can only exit from this door if they first gained access to back of the Facility which is located past the passcode protected doors.

LS asked a staff in Room 3 how many children were present. This staff stated 15 children. After LS counted the children, 14 were present. After counting children, the staff said she had 14 children present and that the previous staff did not sign the child out.
