We reserved a spot in January and I am supposed to go back to work in a week and a half. We have been communicating with The Orchard School (Plano) since, and they have consistently said that we are good to go. Now they tell us he's waitlisted and I'm supposed to find a new daycare in a week and a half. We have documentation that we paid our $250 deposit in January and an email confirming we have a guaranteed spot, and they refuse to honor it. They are not a business that keeps their word.
