I have used this provider for less than 6 months
The owner makes it seem like a good facility when you go for a tour, but don't let her fool you. I recently pulled my two preschool children from this facility due to a bed bug is sue. My two children came home from this daycare with bites all over their legs, took them to their doctor, come to find out they have bed bug bites! My wife and I got our home checked for these things, nope we're all clear. I pulled my children immediately from the center. No notification was posted on the facilit y door after i brought it to the owners attention! Also when I would go pick up my daughter's, my eldest would tell me they are told to sit all day and play with one activity. She sai d her teachers sit on the phone all day! How are they keeping the children safe if they're looking at their phones???? My daughter also said her teachers tell the kids to shut up during nap time. An d every time i d go pick them up kids would be running around screaming jumping on the furniture, while the few staff members just sat around. It looks like there's too many kids for the amount of staff there is. Never again will my children attend here
You should be advised that one of your employees is posting photos/videos on Snapchat of the children in your care. They are videos and photos including faces of children. I am concerned for both the privacy of the children and their safety because the employee is clearly more focused on her phone than the children.
