The following was discussed but not limited to: 1). Ensuring that all questions on the Criminal History Affidavit are completed. 2). Ensuring that staff complete the required TB Attestation. 3). Ensuring that staff files have the employee's start date listed. 4). Ensuring that the DPS background check is completed and placed in staff files. 5). Ensuring that when blind spots are created in the classroom, extra supervision is put in place for children's safety. 6).
