Findings: LS conducted a complaint in which a parent advised that her 2 year old has been acting strangely for 2 weeks getting really close to her face and breathing. Parent believes the daycare providers daughter is kissing her son on the lips and she doesn't know if the daughter is possibly playing with her sons genitalia. Parent also stated that Marissa told her she had to run some errands and her mother was watching the children. LS reviewed a report in which a police officer spoke with Ms. Garrison about the incident. Ms. Garrison did not inform the OCC of the allegations nor did she inform the OCC that she had been contacted by the police.

At the time of the follow up, LS discussed the with the provider that her 18 year old son who turned 18 on April 24th and has not submitted a Notarized release of Information. Provider stated that he was in school and didn't have time to get it done but now that he graduated, she would make sure he got it done. LS told the provider that this was urgent and she must take care of it immediately.
