| Findings: On this date Director of facility reported that a 10 month old infant got into an unsecure cabinet and spilled a bottle of bleach on his leg. When staff realized what happened they removed the infants clothing and rinsed the leg in cool water. Staff that was present during the incident is currently on Administrative leave while the incident is being investigated.
