Description: The school serves around 600 students. Spring Valley is located in a beautiful rural setting off Sherron Road on the Northern Durham Parkway, near the Brightleaf at the Park subdivision. Barbara Parker, a longtime Durham educator, was named principal of Spring Valley Elementary School in 2010.
