I have used this provider for more than 6 months
Do not send your child to this daycare if you want them to be taken care of in a professional and responsible environment. We had to leave the daycare for multiple reasons. After COVID and the children returned to the daycare my daughter asked the teacher for water and was told she could drink from a faucet. This is a faucet that all the children used to wash their hands and it was in the middle of summer, during the pandemic. We never sent our child back and the owner never addressed the issue or reached out. We had to take our other child out as well due to being asked not to return by the owner because we questioned why a baby was coming home with pen ink all over her body. We were concerned about her supervision and why staff would not care about children getting themselves filthy throughout the day and staff not assisting the children with cleaning themselves. We attended the daycare for almost 5 years and in the last year all original staff left along with most of the other families. The daycare may be cheaper than others in the area but it is no excuse for providing a lower quality of care. If you want a daycare where you can feel free to have open conversations with the staff/owner about what is happening on a daily basis with your child, do not go to this daycare. If you offend the owner in any way, she will be unprofessional and rude and ignore her customers questions and needs.
