About the Provider

The LS Aftercare Program is open to all SFS children attending the Lower School. The location is the Multipurpose Room on the LS campus. Aftercare is offered every school day. Hours of operation are M/W/TH/F from 3 PM - 6 PM, and Tuesdays from 2 PM - 6 PM. All Aftercare applications should be completed using our online system. To apply online please click the "Register Now" link on ther right side of this page. The 2012-2013 Registration will be available online starting 4/1/2012. Please keep in mind that the Aftercare program does fill quickly and applications submitted after July 1st cannot be guaranteed spots. Questions about the online application should be directed to the Auxiliary Programs Office at 202-537-8133.

Findings: Licensing specialist observed that the current fire permit expired on 9/30/2024 and the facility was unable to find a more current version during the inspection. Facility is asked to submit a copy of their currently valid fire permit to the OCC. Facility is also asked to locate and submit a copy of their current workers comp insurance. The previous policy expired on 10/1/2024.

Facility is asked to review COMAR 13A.17.10.01C and post an updated emergency contact list in all rooms where childcare is provided.
