| Findings: LS conducted a complaint investigation on today's date. The complaint states that the OCC received an alert from an outside agency that a resident of the home / substitute has pending criminal charges. LS interviewed the provider, who stated that the individual referenced missed a court date for a civil suit in September or October 2025, and a warrant was put out for his arrest. The provider stated that the individual was in a car accident on 02/04/2026, and was arrested due to having the warrant. The individual was released after attending court on 02/05/2026. The provider stated that neither herself or the individual were aware of the open warrant. The provider did not notify the OCC of the pending criminal charge. The licensing agency shall be notified immediately of a pending criminal charge against an individual who has responsibilities for supervising children in care. | |||
