I have used this provider for more than 6 months

If I could give this school less than 1 star I would. My child's behavior changed drastically during the school year, and not in a good way. When picking my child up I would walk into a classroom with sometimes 2 aids and 16 Toddlers. My child is an English speaking child only, and one of the aids spoke ONLY Spanish, so he had 1 aid to speak to if need be. The classroom is a mix of 2 and 3 year olds which is a huge difference at that age and my son completely digressed throughout this year. He was bit and the skin was broken more than once, and because of this thought it was ok to start biting. The principal is a rude woman who doesn't seem to have the patience for children. She called my 3 year old names in front of him which he then repeated to me later in the day, and said his behavior was immature. My son is not a perfect child, no child is but his behavior was 10x better before attending this school. He came home with bites, poison ivy, his butt was never wiped correctly and he got rashes because of it, and they change the children on the bathroom floor. I was nervous every day leaving my child there at the end and finally pulled him out of school. It is dirty inside, one of the playgrounds is all old wood and falling apart and they seem to try to make it look like they have it together when it comes time to be inspected. The principal also gets extremely stressed out during inspection time, as she has told me herself and becomes nasty with everyone. On top of my sons behavior changing, the school being dirty, the principals bad attitude and the overall carelessness and rudeness, the secretary does not do the billing correctly and overcharged me 4 times throughout the year. Tuition was 800 a month for my son and we had paid them $2,800.00 the last 2 months it was not until I was about to pull him out of school did I call them out on it. Which I got a reply of "The principal does not want to fight with you, you can pay $150 out of the 800 you owe" Instead of admitting she was wrong. Now that I'm writing it out, I would give them -5 Stars. Worst experience and I'm a bit traumatized and now dealing with behavioral issues in my son.
