| Findings: At the time of the complaint inspection, LS observed crib sheets that were loose fitting on the children's cribs. LS advised the program director that the crib sheets needed to be tight fitting to prevent an infant from potentially getting caught up in a loose fitting sheet. LS also suggested the program buy the crib sheets to ensure they fit the cribs correctly. | |||

| Findings: LS investigated a complaint in which it was alleged that infants are allowed to sleep with blankets in the cribs. At the time of the inspection, LS observed fuzzy blankets hanging on the sides of the crib and asked if the children use the fuzzy blankets at naptime and the answer was yes. LS also observed 2 children in their cribs sleeping in sleep sacks. LS told the staff sleep sacks and fuzzy blankets are not allowed. In order for a child to use a sleep sack there must be a note from the child's physician. LS stated to the staff that the fuzzy blankets and sleep sacks were to be removed immediately and sent home today. Program director emailed the LS a letter that will be sent home to parents today. | |||
