Provider Response: (Contact the State Licensing Office for more information.) As per DHS inspection on March 12th, 2019 the heating register was found to be rusted and blistered. After further observation of the register by the Center Director, it was confirmed that repairs are necessary. This issue will be corrected by Monday, March 18th, 2019. To resolve this issue the register will be scraped and repainted by the maintenance team while children are not in session at the facility. To prevent this from reoccurring in the future, observations of heating registers will be added to the Monthly Safety Checklist which is completed by the staff. |
