Findings: LS observed isopropyl alcohol on the children's table in the living room, Lysol Air sanitizer spray on the cubbies and Clorox wipes within reach of children in the child care space. LS observed insecticide on the kitchen counter, a bag of pest repellent on the floor in the kitchen. Bleach on top of a dog crate in the kitchen within reach of the children. In the bathroom there was bodywash, shampoo, rubbing alcohol on the back of the toilet and side of the bathtub within reach of the children. LS explained that all hazardous products must be kept out of the reach of children, including the providers own children who are 3 and 1. The provider stated that she was sorry.
