Findings: OCC received a complaint from another agency stating that provider was observed with 13 children in care on August 21, 2025. It was also reported that the provider themselves was not home at the time, but two other people were. It was then reported that sometimes between 2022 and 2023, the provider was observed to have 13 children in care. Provider admitted to LS that she did have 13 children on the day that the other agency worker was at her large family daycare. Provider stated to LS that 2 of the day children were leaving her daycare and she stated that a parent brought her 2 children by the daycare for 2 hours to see if the daycare would be a good fit for her children. LS told provider that she should never invite children to visit the daycare if it going to result in provider being over capacity.
