Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.

Date Type Regulations Status
2026-03-02 Mandatory Review 13A.17.02.03C(3) Corrected
Findings: LS was unable to view a copy of the current fire permit or workers comp insurance during the inspection. The facility is attempting to contact their facility manager to obtain these documents. Facility is asked to submit these documents to the OCC as soon as possible and to keep copies on site for reference during future inspections.
2025-03-05 Full 13A.17.03.04C Corrected
Findings: Licensing specialist observed 4 instances of children's emergency cards missing a combination of the physician contact info, date, enrollment date, and schedule. Facility is asked to follow up with the parents about this.

2025-03-05 Full 13A.17.05.08H Corrected

2025-03-05 Full 13A.17.10.02E Corrected
Findings: Licensing specialist observed that the first aid kits located in the classrooms have basic supplies, but not everything that is required. Facility does have a school nurse where the children are sent for more serious health concerns, and the nurses office does have almost all of the necessary medical supplies. LS was unable to observe liquid fragrance free soap at the time of the inspection. Facility is asked to assemble at least one first aid kit with all of the necessary supplies. Facility is highly encouraged to make sure all first aid kits have the full list of supplies.

2024-03-14 Mandatory Review 13A.17.02.03C(3) Corrected
Findings: Licensing specialist observed that the most recent Fire Permit expired on April 23, 2023. A more current version of the Fire Permit was not observed during the inspection. Facility is asked to either find and send a current copy of their Fire Permit, or to schedule an inspection with the Fire Marshal to obtain a valid one.
