| Initial Comments: Based on facility documentation, staff interview, and the Surveyor and Team Leader's observations, 7 enrolled children were present with staff #1 at the premises until the provider arrived 21 minutes later. The provider stated they went to get money orders while the children were sleeping. The staff sign in/out record noted the time out for the provider at 2:20 p.m. The inspection began inside the premises at 2:28 p.m. and the arrival time of the provider was 2:49 p.m. Based on the sign out time by the provider and the arrival time observed by the Surveyor and Team Leader, the provider was absent from the premises for 29 minutes.
