Employee got a duplicate (electronic file sent). The copy indicated that we received their certificate during their provisional hire period. Staff File#2 Correction completed: This file had a fingerprinting certificate for the department of education which for some reason is not applicable for DHS. Employee immediately redid their clearances under DHS (Certificate sent). This employee is currently on administrative duty and not working directly with children until we receive their NSOR. This employee submitted four applications and called two times to get her clearance and we still have not received a response from the NSOR agency. |
